Our helpful staff can answer questions you may have about coverage. Payment is expected at time of service. We accept: Cash Check Major Credit/Debit Cards Money Orders Personal Checks are not accepted for Abortion Services Family Planning (FPBP) Clients with an income that is less than 223% of the federal poverty level may qualify for the state’s funding program, the Family Planning Benefit Program (FPBP). Applications are available in our clinics and we will assist you in completing them. Eligible women may receive a birth control method plus routine annual exams and Pap tests. Men can receive condoms and birth control counseling. Both tubal ligation and vasectomy are also covered for those seeking permanent sterilization. Private Insurance Payments We accept almost all insurance plans and will typically bill your insurance company directly for services. For Colposcopy and Abortion Services: We require preauthorization from your insurance company to make sure the service is covered. Please discuss this with a staff member before your visit and be sure to bring your insurance card with you. Personal checks are not accepted for abortion services. If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that’s not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you. If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.
